About Me

My name is Erin Caver. I am the founder of Women Of Refuge. Currently residing in the Atlanta, GA area originally from NY. My passion for helping underprivileged women comes from me being one of those women who desperately wanted to break the chains of poverty but felt like there was very minimal help for women like me.  I suffered with depression, been in several domestic violence relationships, turned to the adult entertainment field because I couldn't find a job paying enough to support myself, I've been homeless, been incarcerated several times, my father wasn't around when I was growing up, so I suffered with daddy issues. Had unhealthy coping mechanisms from food, drugs, men and alcohol. 

Today I am living proof that the only thing that changed my life was God and changing my mindset completely.  Everything I've been through in the past prepared me for a time such as this. My goal is to be the backbone, motivation and strength to women. Today I am delivered from all unhealthy coping mechanisms, I have a great relationship with my father and my stepfather, I hold several degrees, working in the Human Resources field for a fortune 500 company and currently working on for profit opportunities such as a staffing agency and real estate catering to underprivileged women. 

I am living proof that it doesn't matter what the world says it only matter what God says. 

Deuteronomy 28:12-13

12 The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

13 And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.
